The staff were amazing, and the accommodations were better than I expected. To wake up to lions roaring and monkeys crawling on the roof, I just felt so lucky for the experience. I would’ve liked to have had a list of things to pack, which other volunteers received through a different organizer.Country
The people were very friendly and everything was very affordable. I know there were some safety concerns on the weekend but on the reserve you could feel the respect and pride people had for their country.

Tips
Pack several layers and lots of sunscreen! Also bring gardening gloves.
