Project & Staff
The project was about community-building and peace-building, and most activities were specifically designed in this sense. I really appreciated the staff's availability and kindness, as well as their commitment to include volunteers in designing daily activities

Don't be afraid to ask when you're uncertain about something;
Have a non-judgemental approach (Bosnian society and recent history are very complicated and, in a way, problematic);
