Project & Staff
Project and project work was very rewarding. I was able to meet the founder and wow, she is amazing. One area for improvement, each day has different full time volunteers/leads. They do not always give the same direction on how to do things, which as a volunteer trying to do the "right" thing very difficult. There should be complete or almost complete consistency between team leads each day.
Tips
Be patient, bring gear to island so you can snorkel, hike or swim. Lunch and drinks and Foxy's are not too expensive, but not something you want to purchase daily.
