Such a great experience. Got to meet so many people from around the world that I will now know the rest of my life. One thing I do recommend for the medical project is maybe trying to get volunteers in for a day or two at a clinic within the townships.Country
The culture and people make you feel at home. There is SOO much to do and places to see that you'll never get bored.
Project & Staff
The project site was not too far from the hostel and all the staff were extremely nice and helpful. They were willing to let us help wherever needed and really get some hands on experience.
Tips
Check weather before you go haha. I did not have enough warm clothes as I should have, which I think a lot of us had a problem with.
