The program was very well organised; the duties were easy to follow. There was a lot of guidance, so you felt comfortable with your duty.Country
Australia is beautiful; it has lots to offer for the traveller and visit lots of natural parks and learn about the history. Food is great too and very diverse. There is something for everyone.
Project & Staff
The project team at the Turtle Centre are amazing! The staff have done a fantastic job in creating awareness and setting up the centre! It's inspiring and it was an honour to get the opportunity to meet the staff and work with the turtles. It is not an opportunity I would get in my own country. Although i was out of my comfort zone, I am very glad I took part; I would definitely do other volunteer programs again! I also met some lovely people, with whom I will stay in touch with them.
